Job: Microsoft Dynamics Application Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the support, installation/configuration, operation, and improvement of several business-critical applications, specifically MS Dynamics AX and onward to MS Dynamics 365, Provides technical and functional support in the areas of ERP systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training.

Responsibilities / Duties /Function Tasks

Lead the ERP system implementation, administration, and auditing to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks.

Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions

Design, Develop, Test, and monitor plans for AX security implementation.

Assists in developing procedures to ensure the integrity of ERP systems and databases

Study all required modifications required by the various departments to be implemented Support and Help Desk Role for the AX 2012 application.

Design training materials to train the ERP system users and audit their work.

Troubleshooting and solutions for any issues communicated from the users and/or the department heads.

Facilitate the creation of all required reports from the system according to the department’s requirements.

Auditing the application of the internal policies for all departments.

Managing user access within AX-Modifying AX workflows.

Maintain application environment both for production and DR.

Developing reporting to meet user requirements.

Application of systems fixes as and when necessary.

Liaising and managing the 3rd party delivery partners/service providers for systems development/implementation matters.

Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.

Job Requirements
At Least 3 years Experience of working with or supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Working experience with the full SQL stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server).

Able to work effectively with end users and third parties.

Experience with Business intelligence tools like MS Power BI.

Understanding of ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, XML/XLT, MS Access.
