“INVESTMENT in PEOPLE”, … Since August 2013, ECDC Top Management strategy was to generate the future industry leaders and the highest standard skills in the market by adopting
and hiring the 1st line of the fresh graduate engineers from various engineering disciplines.
ECDC started its Graduated Training Program (GTP) with 38 trainees.
Currently, those exceptionally selected candidates earned their positions in ECDC by exceeding the expectations for them, following ECDC training scheme, and most of those GTP trainees occupying senior positions in ECDC Rigs throughout the last two years.
ECDC appreciated this experience and willing to keep this program live by adding new carefully selected fresh graduate engineers to maintain the
long term plan for adding consequently new young and competent calipers.
ECDC believes that; no investment is better than investing in people, and will keep pursuing this trend.
